About the PIC
Title 5 §51022 requires that districts adopt and carry out its policies for the establishment, modification, or discontinuance of courses or programs. Merced College Administrative Policy 4021 addresses program discontinuance. This website contains information about programs that are being assessed to determine if they should be created, modified, or discontinued. The college community and public are invited to access this site to review information about any investigation in progress, meetings and to submit questions or comments.
