The vocal program at MC is designed for voice majors, however all students and members of the community are welcome to take Music 44 and perform in the college's 80-member chorale. The chorale, under the direction of Curt Nelson, performs twice a year.

MC's chamber ensemble is a smaller group, and eligibility is determined after a vocal tryout. The chamber ensemble performs with the chorale and at other selected occasions.
