Program prerequisites: Orientation workshop; CPR card - Module A/C; negative TB skin test or chest x-ray within past six months; physical within past six months; Penal Code violations clearance. A statement of eligibility will be awarded upon the satisfactory completion of the following courses:
Successful completion of the above courses is required to apply for the CNA certification exam.
