January 31, 2007 Topics in Radiology Technology is the focus of the 8th annual Bare Bones Conference at Merced College on Saturday, Feb. 10 from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The conference is geared toward health care professionals who need continuing education units; however, the public is also invited to attend. Radiology technologists, registered and licensed vocational nurses, and emergency medical technicians are encouraged to attend the conference, which will provide 8 units of continuing education credits. The conference is sponsored by t5he Merced College Radiology Technology Program. Among the topics to be discussed include Modern Orthopedic Surgery, Urologic Pathology, Digital Imaging, Trauma Protocols, Radiology Procedures for Nurses, and more. Conference registration is $85.
