Merced College Anthropology Club Fundraiser

The Merced College Anthropology Club will be hosting a unique workshop for chocolate lovers and just in time for Valentine’s Day. In this special cooking class, Elizabeth Boretz, local artist and chocolatier, will teach you how to make chocolate truffles – fresh and from scratch! During this 3-hour class, you will get to sample the menu and take some home just in time to impress your Valentine!

Class will be from 2 p.m. – 5 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 11 in V-142 of the Vocational Building at the Merced College Campus. Tickets for this event cost $20 for students and $25 for all others. This event is a fundraiser to support the Anthropology Club, where club members, students, and other people on campus and in the community, are exposed to various aspects of the study and understanding of humans.
