Transcript Requests

We only accept transcript requests in person, by fax, or through the mail.

In Person:

• You may request copies of your Transcripts at the Merced College Admissions & Records Office in the Administration Building during regular office hours.
• Transcript Fee: $5.00 each

By Mail:

Duplicate Degree Request

We only accept requests in person, by fax, or through the mail.

In Person:

• You may request a copy of your Diploma at the Merced College Admissions & Records Office in the Administration Building during regular office hours.
• Duplicate Degree Fee: $10.00
