Official Transcript Requests

WE ONLY ACCEPT TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS IN PERSON, BY FAX, OR THROUGH THE MAIL.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR FILLING OUT YOUR REQUEST FORM:

•   THE TRANSCRIPT ORDER FORM REQUIRES YOUR SIGNATURE IN TWO PLACES:

  •  IN THE BODY OF THE FORM

  •  AT THE BOTTOM OF THE FORM WHEN USING A CREDIT CARD FOR PAYMENT.

               YOUR ORDER CANNOT BE COMPLETED WITHOUT BOTH SIGNATURES BEING PRESENT ON THE  FORM.

• YOU MUST PROVIDE A COMPLETE MAILING ADDRESS IN THE "ADDRESS TO SEND TRANSCRIPT" BOX.  TRANSCRIPTS ARE MAILED TO THE ADDRESS AS IT IS WRITTEN BY YOU ON THE FORM.

• USE ONE REQUEST FORM PER MAILING ADDRESS

HOW TO ORDER TRANSCRIPTS

In Person:

 You may order and pay for copies of your Official Transcripts at the Merced College Student Fees office during their regular office hours.

Transcript Fee: $5.00 each (First two transcripts ordered EVER are free)

By Mail:

Unofficial Transcripts

Students who have attended Merced College from 2005 forward have access their unofficial transcript by logging into the Merced College Student Portal at https://mc4me.mccd.edu/ .  Once you are in the Portal, click on the Web Advisor/Academic Profile tab and choose Transcript.

If you have trouble signing into the Student Portal you can call the student help desk at  (209)381-6565.
