- Students will provide the Disabled Students Services (DSPS)
Program with the information, documentation, and/or forms (medical, educational,
etc.) deemed necessary by DSPS to verify his/her disability (ies).
- Students will meet with a DSPS professional to complete a
Educational Accommodations Plan (EAP) and agree to meet with the professional
every semester/session to update the SEC.
- Students will utilize the DSPS Program in a responsible manner
and understand the DSPS Program uses written service provision policies and
procedures that must be adhered to for continuation of services.
- Students will comply with the Student Code of Conduct
adopted by the college (Board Policy 5500)
