For your iPod:
1. Right-Click (Option-Click on Mac) on one of the above links and save
the file to a location in your computer where you will find it again
easily.
2. Open the downloaded file in iTunes. It will automatically import into
your music library. You may add the file to any play list you wish, or
3. Sync your iPod. The PodCast will now be available for you to enjoy.
For your MP3 Player:

2. Open the downloaded file in your MP3 Player's management software
