Still in the very early stages of construction, the Business Resource Center is taking shape in the heart of downtown Merced. Footings are being poured and an elevator pit has been dug for the two-story complex. Electrical and plumbing are being installed under the concrete. Placing of the buildings structural steel will occur next month.
