Financial Aid Workshop requires income verification for applicant.

Additionally, parent's annual income is required for students under the age of 24 years. Students who are under 24 years but are either married or have children do not need to provide their parent's income.

You will need records of income earned in the year prior to when you will start school. You may also need records of your parents´ income information if you are a dependent student.

For the 2009-2010 school year you will need financial information from 2008. You will need to refer to:

Need Personal Financial Aid Assistance applying for financial aid?

The Merced College, Los Banos Campus invites you to get Personal Financial Aid Assistance (PFAA) where you will receive information on Grants, Scholarships, and the Federal Work Study program, also learn about state programs and grants like EOPS and CAL Grant. Learn about State and Federal Eligibility and speak confidentially with a Financial Aid professional and learn how to succeed at Merced College. You will also receive help completing the FAFSA on the web worksheet prior to the Financial Aid workshop. Hablamos Espaňol.

Our office offers the following workshops for the Summer/Fall semester (2009 - 2010 Academic Year). Follow-Up Services

Once you receive your financial aid information by mail or email in the form of your Student Aid Report (SAR) to print your SAR follow this link Print SAR and then bring it into our office as soon as possible. We process your paperwork according to the date you bring it into our office. The sooner you bring it into our office the sooner we will be able to award your financial aid grants.
