Students

There are now two ways for you to obtain your enrollment and Degree information:

  1. Merced College students may obtain their enrollment and degree verification information directly through the National Student Clearinghouse’s Student Self-Service program. Students are encouraged to take advantage of this 24 hour service by logging into the MC Portal (https://mc4me.mccd.edu) using their student logon and password. Click on the National Student Clearinghouse link and follow the directions to access their information.

  2. You may order Enrollment and Degree Verifications by contacting the Office of the Registrar through one of the following ways:

    1. Written Request - Please send your written request in a signed letter containing your Name (including any former names), your Student ID# or Social Security Number and your date-of-birth to:

    2. Fax Request - Please fax your signed, written request containing your Name (including any former names), your Student ID# or Social Security Number and date-of-birth to (209)-384-6339
