Schedule of Disbursements

* Students who normally pick up their checks in Los Banos will need to check with the Los Banos campus for the last date to pick up checks.

Los Banos Campus:    Check distribution at the Student Fees Office during Student Fees Hours

Merced Campus:            First and Second Main Disbursements - The first day from 7:30 thru 3:00 check are
                                                  distributed at the Theater if these is not a hold and the Lesher First Floor Disbursement
                                                   windows for holds. After the first day, the check are distributed during Student Fees
                                                   hours at Student Fees Office.

All Other Disbursements - The first day from 8:00 thru 3:00 checks are distributed at the Lesher First Floor Disbursement Windows. After the first day, the check are distributed during Student Fees hours at the Student Fees Office.

This is to inform all students who have received or will receive a federal grant disbursement for the Summer 2012 and/or Fall 2012 and/or Spring 2013 semesters about a potential personal liability. If you withdraw/stop attending all classes before July 12, 2012, in the Summer 2012 semester, October 26, 2012, in the Fall 2012 semester or March 24, 2013, in the Spring 2013 semester you may be required to REPAY a prorated portion of the financial aid disbursed to you. After those dates you may be required to repay a smaller portion depending on your final drop date and your enrollment status as of your final drop date.
