Merced College Traditions

MC Traditions is the official onboarding program for Merced College. It introduces new employees to the rich history, traditions, and culture of Merced College. The workshop highlights what our mission, vision, and values look like in action. MC Traditions is also available to all employees at Merced College as a flex activity and is a great way to hit the “re-set” button if you need to be reminded of what a privilege it is to be part of the Merced College family.
